Our story began in 2012 in a beautifully finished 26' trailer, out of which we originally sold flooring, then quickly added cabinets to our offerings. By 2013, we had outgrown our mobile showroom, so we looked for a storefront, but the only one available was 3400 square feet. What are we gonna do with all that space?! That's easy, just add windows, doors, decking, garage doors and a whole lot more!
Whether we remain one store or reach the cover of Fortune, we promise that visiting us will always be a fun experience.
All our employees are experienced in various aspects of remodeling; more importantly, however, they're all friendly. Nobody wants to spend time with a stick in the mud, so we don't go looking in the riverbanks when we hire.
We understand your home is your castle, so whether it comes with a moat or turrets, it's our job to help you build your dream.
That's one reason our employees are not commissioned salespeople. We don't want them more concerned with hitting a bonus versus listening to what you want. Nor do we want them ignoring you because, "You're Bob's customer...."
Some stores require customers to only use the store's contractors, because the store earns more profit. We think that just needlessly increases the price. We compare it to buying a bicycle at a sporting goods store. You could take it home and put it together yourself; you could hire someone to build it for you; or you can buy one that is preassembled by one of the store's employees. The two questions are "What is your budget and how much do you want to be involved? Because your total costs will change according to those answers.
This is your least expensive option. You buy the products from us, either pick them up or have them delivered, then try to con your brother-in-law into installing them.....
